Luke and Chris
Who will it be?
Tensions are mounting on Gilmore Girls. At the end of the last episode, a rather pathetic fight ensued between Luke and Christopher. What’s to come of that? Does Luke still have a chance?
I think it’s retarded that Lorelai was so flighty and just married Christopher. Rash decision? I think so. But now it’d be plum silly if it ended in divorce because that would make Lorelai even more flighty and ridiculous. I'm curious to see where the writers will take this.
I don’t want a divorce to happen, but I just can’t help it….I’m with Luke. All the way.
So, are you pro-LUKE or Pro-Christopher?

Hey Julie,
I’m one of those people who flip- flop. At the beginning of the series I was pro Christopher, he is Rory's dad and kind of cute. It was hard not to be pro Christopher. As the seasons went on, Luke the diner guy begins to grow on you. Plus he has that mysterious rugged guy quality so, I was pro Luke. However, after last season I was very irritated by the whole lack of commitment by Luke and I am now pro Christopher once again. Plus, Lorelei and Christopher are married so it would be really dumb if they got a divorce. To summarize I originally liked Chris, then switched to Luke and now I am pro Chris again.

Unfortunately, Lorelai has ruined that possibility. She should just stay married to Chris and avoid a messy divorce.
Luke should find a beautiful, kind, FAITHFUL woman who loves him. Lorelai is SO out of my favor now. Let's try acting our age, shall we? She needs to realize she's not 17.

I'm on the fence - I don't want this not to work out for Loralei, but it seems she's shooting herself in the foot (and where did you get that picture of Christopher? he looks like a complete doofus? much cuter in the show, I must say) and Chris is acting all weird with the wedding/"party" plans. But the fight? That was weird. And I'll be really sad if April has to move away...he's being so great with her. Just tugs at the heart strings. :)
I'm voting for Christopher. They're married now, and I kind of like Christopher. Besides, Luke kind of blew it before and he even told Lorelai that they weren't good together. That's my thought. Maybe they'll give us a clue as to how it will unfold tonight.

Luke is great. However, I'm hoping Lorelai stays with Chris at this point. Its time for her to grow up and finish what she's started.

Sorry I am all Christopher.. I have watched the show since the first season.. and thought she should of been with Christopher many times.Like that one time when they almost got together and then Sherri found out she was pregnant.. I just think it should be Chris.. always have.. they have that connection.. that I just dont see with Luke..( sorry all you Pro Lukers out there )

Julie, I won't be of much help. Loved the show, lost cable, don't watch anymore. When I did watch, however, I was pro-Luke...probably because they had that whole "highschool lovey-dovey" feel to them and I thought it was cute. Now it's kinda obnoxious...'cause she's not in highschool!
Finishing what she started would be a great thing, I think. Divorce, bad. Pro Chris! (remember I haven't watched recently...don't really have a clue what's going on!)

I don't want to sound like the "expert witness" here, but I'm afraid it can't be avoided. My qualifications? I own all the available seasons of The GGs, that's 6, and I've watched them all on DVD except season 6 (because it was only last year) in the past 2.5 years.

It's Luke.
From season 1 episode 1, it's been Luke. He's the better man, and he has always loved Lorelai better than anyone else.
Chris is too much like Lorelai.
(I can't believe I've watched 7 seasons of GGs in less than 3 years. Is there a support group or something?!!!)
