Early early this morning... MARC & KYLIE (my brother and sister-in-law) ARRIVED!!!

We chatted, napped, and explored camping stores before hunkering down for a home cooked meal. It HAD BEEN beautiful outside, but a cloud above us decided to throw up LITERALLY as this picture was being taken, so we moved inside.

For dessert, we forced many unhealthy kiwi treats down their throats.

For starters, Tim Tam Slams (with Milo)...

It looks like Marc is in pain, but really he is VERY satisfied.

Then we indulged in Milo with Hokey Pokey ice cream (Hokey Pokey and Milo are both very Kiwi, but it's not necessarily Kiwi to mix them together... it's just good.)

We even made Marc & Kylie take out the garbage ON THEIR FIRST DAY HERE! We're so into hard work and responsibility. We're going to be GREAT parents (in the future (no rumours please))!

But don't worry. We make garbage day FUN around here!

Kylie is impressed with NZ's greenery...

And was especially taken with our gate code (so very HOLLYWOOD)...

...but DON'T LET THE GATE SQUEEZE YOUR BUM ON THE WAY IN/OUT!!

We're crossing our fingers for sunshine tomorrow because we are going to introduce Marc & Kylie to their first Kiwi-beachin-boogy-boardin experience!!
