Farewell New Zealand...

After nine months of living, working, and playing like/with Kiwis, our New Zealand journey has come to an end. We will miss oh so many spectacular things from this beloved country...

Our home...

...with our less than luxurious but practical enough kitchen.

Mitsy...

Gus...

Our church...

My job...

Quick and easy access to beautiful beaches and BOOGY BOARDING!...

But what was the biggest highlight of our journey? What will we miss the most when we go home?

The people.

We have been so lucky with the wonderful connections we've made. All of our Kiwi friends and "family" mean heaps to us. We won't include pictures of every single loved one in NZ (as there are far too many) but let the following pictures with Lance & Natalie represent the relationships we've built. Over these past 9 months we have developed a deep bond with these two that surely cannot be broken by geographic distance. Kiwis are very cool people... if you don't know that already- come to NZ and find out for yourself!

Next stop is Thailand where we will meet CARLYNNE AND DAN and MARC AND KYLIE!! My excitement over being reunited with my twin after 10 months of separation helps dull the gut-wrenching pain of leaving New Zealand. Whew, what an emotional roller coaster!

Itinerary from now on...
Thailand: May 10 to June 8
Australia: June 8 to July 10
Home: July 11
