On this-- Fraser's 4-month birthday-- allow me to share a little known fact. One need only recall TWO numbers to remember ALL the special occasions in our little family: 13 and 28. Let's journey through...
November 13, 1981- Lowell was born...
October 13, 1982- Julie was born (and so was Carlynne!)...
October 13, 2006- Lowell and Julie got engaged...
July 28, 2007- Lowell and Julie got married...
March 28, 2010- Kumeu was born...
September 28, 2011- Fraser was born...
All of our birthdays land on the 13th and 28th and consequently so do our half birthdays. And yes... we celebrate those too.
Now if THOSE aren't lucky numbers for our family, I don't know what are!
Oh how I adore my boys...

Cute photos, only Fraser looks too grown up in blue jeans, next time use onesies or swaddling clothes. And what is the story behind half birthdays??? Is it a family G thing or twin thing or a shameless present wanted thing? lol
Angela- I KNOW! Doesn't he look HUGE??!! He looks like 2 years old... it's ridiculous. And half birthday celebrations are a G family thing. Growing up we always had birthday parties with our friends on our REAL birthdays, and we'd go out for a family supper on our half birthdays (no presents... usually:). We intend to continue the tradition with our fam!
Mr Fraser is getting so big! Its amazing what even a month will do. What a cutie!
Too cute!! I can't believe Fraser is 4 months old already!! And i hope we get to meet him before he turns 13 :)
(i wanted to use one of the magical numbers in my post)
the last post and this post are from me. Shelley :)
Oh my goodness! Fraser looks so much bigger already! I guess it is true that I haven't seen him since he was one day old....
Also, Lowell had so much hair as a baby. And a very square face....
